It was so exciting to see the next generation of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu athletes be inspired through the UK Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Association Youth Development Programme spearheaded by @bradleyhillbjj @royal.jiujitsu @samanthacookbjj

The day brought together young practitioners, eager to learn, grow and challenge themselves. From children as young as 8 years old through to older juniors, the energy, enthusiasm and passion on the mats was incredible.

A huge thank you to 2 x World Champion @ffiffipengtinginlondon for sharing her expertise and inspiring these young athletes.

Thank you @scramblebrandofficial for generously sponsoring the event T-shirts, helping make the day even more memorable and to all the parents and families whose support makes opportunities like this possible.

The future of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in the UK is looking incredibly bright and we can’t wait to see where this next generation goes.

“You must plan to be spontaneous” thank you for reminding us to play David Hockney.

Few artists have changed the way we see the world quite like David Hockney. Born in Yorkshire, he combined dazzling colour and his unique way of looking at everyday life.

From his iconic swimming pools to his landscapes and digital creations, Hockney constantly reinvented what art could be.

His genius lay in his endless curiosity.

London Concours is about more than some of the greatest cars ever built.

I mean, where else can a five minute look at a car turn into such a passionate conversation.
I saw plenty that turned my head, but the Porsche 911 Targa still remains my No.1.

The weather didn’t dampen the enthusiasm. If anything, we British do love talking about the weather.

Thank you DrVN Automotive Group for our invitation.

I had the privilege of hanging out with 2 dear friends on Tuesday night, legends Sports journalist Gary Newbon and F1 commentator Jim Rosenthal.

We celebrated at @grosvenorhouse Park Lane for the @leaguemanagersassociation awards and the people shaping not only football clubs, but the cities and communities around them.

Congratulations to Mikel Arteta on winning 2026 Premier League Manager of the Year. What he has built @arsenal goes far beyond football leadership, belief and a culture the fans have reconnected with.

A huge well done too to Midlands club manager Frank Lampard for the incredible impact he has made @coventrycityfcofficial bringing energy and pride back to the club and city.

Proud to attend as part of the Premier Relocations who are the best in business, supporting players and families relocating to the UK and across the globe.

And lovely to bump into old school friend Darren Wassall, former @dcfcofficial after so many years.

It was honour to sit in a room with such esteemed sports professionals.

Last night, Sheffield shone!

The best seats in the house supplied by @notebook.international behind the judges meant you are right up close to the action. Watching every shot and pause felt like it could break the room.

A nail-biting final unfolded between fierce contenders Wu Yize and Shaun Murphy at the iconic @sheffieldtheatres Crucible Theatre.

And then history was made. Wu Yize held his nerve under extraordinary pressure to defeat Shaun Murphy 18–17 in a final-frame decider, delivering a composed, clinical finish when it mattered most.
At just 22, he became the 2nd youngest World Champion in snooker history. In a final that will be remembered for its tension, precision, and nerves of steel.

Happy birthday Reg!

Yesterday, I had the privilege of meeting Ann Daniels, Polar explorer.

Ann had us all mesmerised with her story of resilience.

What stayed with me most wasn’t just her achievements, it was her mindset. It’s not about what goes wrong in life but then let’s think wrong isn’t wrong really, it’s just your sign post to go in new direction.
It’s how you pivot. How you respond. How you come back.

After having triplets and separating from her husband, she answered a newspaper ad to join an expedition to the North Pole… which, let’s be honest, is not the obvious next step in life.

But she didn’t just go, she went on to lead the first all women team to the North Pole, skied all the way to the South Pole, and even attempt a solo expedition. Formidable doesn’t quite cover it!

She didn’t just rebuild, she accelerated.

Women like this don’t just inspire… they redefine what’s possible.

Thank you, Succession Wealth for making us all think about the unexpected 🙏 taken in The Grand Hotel Birmingham by @notebook.international
