THANK YOU to the 500+ people who attended our official launch of Katie O'Brien's last week.

The Guinness was flowing, the live music was cracking and the lively vibe was contagious! It was an amazing turnout and such a great addition to the city's bar scene.

Make sure you get down to @katieobriensbirmingham for the craic.

TOP 5 TUESDAY 🍽️

Today’s top five come from Judi, Director of @notebook.international so naturally she has some very stylish choices 😍

Let’s get into it…

@cuubo_harborne - Dan, is a true start up success story. From a fine dining takeaway service (finally) to his first restaurant. The man is a creative genius and so is his food. Absolutely perfect for date night 😘

@the_oysterclub - I don’t always visit TOC for delicacies from the sea but for rather for their show stopping Sunday lunch. Yes, I know! Not what you were expecting but it’s absolutely first class. Rare Beef with all the trimming and half a bottle of good plonk each makes for a perfect Sunday.

@ploughharborne - If anyone knows good customer service, it’s the team at The Plough. Service with Smile, at all times! Good pub food served all day indoors and out (with heaters in the garden to keep you toasty in the winter months). Don’t miss @odiandmoo’s incredible ice cream flavours (Jammy Dodger anyone?!)

@tropea_harborne - Home grown talent from a tiny corner of Harborne and bursting with popularity so soon to expand. My top tip, if you haven’t already visited Ben and Kasi, would be to book now for December!

Next we’re letting Judi sneak in one out of town option because it really is a good ‘un…

@thewildmooroak - Run by the fabulous pair, Sarah and Bex who I helped launch The High Field, Edgbaston with. They are now at the helm of their own beautiful gastro pub in Bromsgrove. An absolute must visit for their Sunday roast and the Worcestershire Black Bomber Rarebit, I can almost hear you licking your lips from here!

We’ll be back next week with 5 more fantastic recommendations ❤️
