Our baby girl spent the summer in Berlin on a study abroad program for high schoolers. We missed her terribly. Happy to report that she had the greatest time and is back stateside safely! ❤️🇩🇪 taken in San Francisco International Airport (SFO) by @notnowheather

Happy 17th birthday to our beautiful girl! We can’t believe you are nearly an adult and couldn’t be prouder of the young woman you’ve become. This world is a better place with you in it. We love you, @insanely_bored! ❤️ by @notnowheather

These are terrible pictures, but meet Lucky. We first spotted him in a little tank at the pet store, and there was just no way we were walking out without him.

In his first 48 hours with us, he has absolutely made himself at home. He’s explored every corner, devoured dozens of dubia roaches, and discovered the joy of splashing around in his water dish. He’s climbed branches for the very first time in his life, and then, in true main-character energy, decided to spend the night sleeping way up high, right out in the open, like a tiny boss overseeing his kingdom.

He already has the opposite energy of little Clover. He’s settled in, he’s confident, and honestly? He seems pretty delighted with how his life is turning out. Even before we begin work on his forever home, a 120 gallon enclosure. What a character. by @notnowheather
