🌈🌸 A Letter for Foxxy Poi 🌺🌈

Thank you for the amazing memories and love. I cannot imagine how my life will unfold without you. I have a gaping hole in my heart where you will always live. You will be remembered with so much love and having a larger-than-life attitude. I wouldn’t change anything about you. You were my true best friend and my most loyal companion through triumphs, losses and laughter. You taught me unconditional love. I still remember the drive home from Huasna Road in Arroyo Grande, CA and you got sick from the car ride. I was so scared and excited at the same time- for the first time in my life I had something whose existence completely depended on me. Our life together lasted for 16+ years, making you my longest commitment. We traveled the world and all over the USA - making you my favorite travel companion who never gave me any drama. We moved from one coast to the other - from the Pacific to Atlantic. Now I have to pick up the pieces of my broken heart. I hope that you will always have your beach where the sun always shines. I will miss watching sunrises with you.
I know that you are free again to leap as high as you can for sticks and ball-ys and you can do as many zoomies as you want without pain. Your body may be gone but your spirit will live on as a paw print in my heart for as long as I live. I hope that I was half as good to you as you were to me. Goodbye, mi Princesa Foxxy Poi Kalikimaka. Time to go moi-moi. You were the best gift God could ever give me! 💔🌈❤️🐶
