Stop hiding behind a lie

If we haven’t met, I’m Felix.

1 year ago I was fat, drunk and depressed, living the life everyone told me to build.

Now I live on a tropical island, in the best shape of my life, and genuinely happy.

I quit my job, sold my car and flew to the other side of the world to rebuild myself.

Here I document the climb: discipline, training, mindset, and how men are actually meant to live in a world built to keep us soft.

If you’re a man done being stuck, numb and unhappy, you’re in the right place. Follow, and DM me what you’re stuck on, I’d love to help you. by @notorious.felix
