Advocating for my autistic child means fighting for understanding, inclusion, acceptance, and in a world where they learn and process things differently 💙

Some days it means speaking up in classrooms, IEPS, appointments, and public spaces. Other days it means simply reminding my child that they are loved, capable, and enough exactly as they are.

I will continue to use my voice until every child with autism is seen, heard, respected, and given the opportunity to thrive.

Behind every strong child is someone refusing to give up on them. 🌎✨

Be appreciative you don’t have an Autistic Child! 😳🙏🏾 very controversial statement but REAL!

The meltdowns, the diet, the dysregulation, public outbursts, family, school, no one understanding & not seeing the progress you want will have you feeling overwhelmed!

Then you start to see the beauty in this Journey, the small wins start to feel like championships & now you have reasons to keep going!

Year 1 of ⚾️ was nothing short of an amazing experience. Thank you to all of the volunteers.

One of the most important things I believe Lee got out of this ⚾️ league was the chance to see his family and loved ones show up for a game/sport that he was participating in. He looked forward to every game this season. And I am sure a lot of it had to do with the fact that all of his loved ones were there to cheer him on. Keep going Lil Lee 💙
