Feeding the algorithm. Some IYKYK artifact gold here 😉 Caught up with my coach who introduced me to this game when I was 12 years old. Apart from my mother and elementary school guidance counselor, my middle school teachers had the biggest impact on my soul development. We talked on the phone for ten minutes and it rounded out the entanglement and vitalism perfectly. These are the moments we live for. Gratitude and meaning 💜🦋 by @nougrooves

One word for the week: DELICIOUS Second annual @herovolley_ by @kerrileewalsh had EVERY THING 💜❣️ Rain, sunshine, heat, chill, sweat, sand, rainbows, sunsets, great snacks, drinks, volleyball, swimming, surfing, ear seeding, vagus nerve stimulation, stretching, mindfulness, spirituality, love, family, physicality, greatness!! So fun to play with old friends and new- and play and win with the best in the world. The biggest feeling was how happy and kind each person was, all unified by love of the game and joy in just moving and being together. Thank you for the connection and for showing how sweet it could be 💜🏐🌊🏄 @herobeachclub taken in Montauk, New York by @nougrooves

No longer a young heaux because I only use social media to send mass messages, upload picture folders, or wish everyone a EID MUBARAK 💜💜💜 thank you everyone for the birthday wishes. In this busy world I am so humbled by every single text or call I can’t believe you would interrupt your commute or your work or your fundraising or organizing or donating or caretaking or eating or celebrating to show me love? Thank you thank you thank you. I’d do anything for you too. Happy Easter and nowruz and Passover and Friday and weekend and spring equinox and everything ever to each and every one of you.
