Weer hardlopen, bijkletsen en zonsondergang 🫶🏻

Langzaam weer wat kilometers aan het maken en het voelt ZO fijn om de hardloopschoenen weer aan te hebben 💕

Nauwelijks kilometers, meer geduld en nieuwe routines ✨
~ Day in the life

Even flink wennen dat de dagelijkse rondjes hardlopen niet meer vanzelf sprekend zijn.
Inmiddels al bijna 2.5 maand last van pijn in de onderkant van mijn voet.
Ik blijf goed naar mijn eigen lichaam luisteren ook al is dit niet altijd even makkelijk.
Het herstel gaat helaas niet zo snel als gehoopt maar er worden kleine stapjes vooruitgang gemaakt! 🤍

National mixed teamrace - 10th place!
Yesterday was already the last race of the @ocreurochamps 🥲
I couldn’t be more proud to be selected for this team and compete in the elite category, thankyou @dutch_ocr for this opportunity!
I had the most amazing team and everything during this race just went great.
We took all the team obstacles pretty smooth and I had so much fun, it was a great way to end this race weekend! by @nova_werps

Vice European champion!! 🥈
After a disqualification on the short course the goal for the standard course was to try to keep my wristbands as long as possible. I took it easy on the obstacles and tried to gain time on the running parts.
I still can’t believe that I completed all of the obstacles and that this let to an second place.
A big thankyou for everyone who cheered for me, it was really appreciated 🫶🏻
