i’ve been facilitating movement spaces on a full schedule for almost 6 months and it’s a wiiiild feeling living a life i manifested and built step by step. there is still so much uncertainty, and i could not have asked for a better path for myself. once i made the decision that this life was mine to create, everything found its flow.

my mat is where i am the most at home. movement has saved me over, and over again. i could not be who i am without the stretch, shakes and wiggles.

celebrating myself daily, acknowledging my journey every step of the way, and the commitment i continue to make to myself and this work. so thankful for everyone who continues to hold, support, and cheer me on along the way.

grateful for this body, for all that it carries me through, and for the ways i take up space within it.

i love setting intentions for the new year, and one of mine is to hold more space for collective movement 💫

to start off i’ll be teaching more classes at @mouvstudiocollective in january and february: vinyasa, restorative, and pilates

holding space for us to move, groove, and build a ritual of care, presence, and strength

i’ll be teaching weekly at @mouvstudiocollective starting next week 💖

with the shift from summer to fall, i’ve been leaning into all the cozy energy and feeling so drawn to the elements. summer has always been my favourite season, but this year the cool morning air, the longer nights, and the softness of the season are inviting me to move differently. more fluid, more gentle, more connected.

these days, i’m learning to listen more deeply, to worry less, and to trust what comes.

taught my first class in a very long time for @mouvstudiocollective’s opening weekend and it was an absolute joy 🥹

i’ve missed getting on my mat, feeling playful and guiding others through their movement.

starting september 22 i’ll be teaching Elevate ☁️ a vinyasa inspired flow focused on embodiment, presence and progressive movement. i’ll be offering this class at Mouv 3️⃣ times a week!!!

if you’re ever in comox valley hmu for a guest pass and come check out this amazing studio i get to be a part of 🫶🏾 by @novainflow

Meet our Associate, Nova Marie Kamukuny.

Can we even sum up how much we love working with Marie? (We’ll try!)

With a dual design and digital marketing background, Marie is an asset to the LeBlanc (& co.) Communications team. Marie is a designer, strategist, and digital creator, specializing in digital content. She is experienced in communications for nonprofits, social movements, and purpose-focussed organizations, particularly in queer, feminist, and food justice fields.

Which means she is a perfect fit for LeBlanc (& co.) 💙

Marie is often designing up a storm for us (and sometimes supporting on marketing too).

Let’s give Marie a round of applause in the comments… A person is sitting down smiling against a blue backdrop with a bunch of books by @novainflow
