Big personal news - I’m running the Boston Marathon.

FAQ:
Q: Did you qualify by time?
A: I’m flattered, but no, I’m running in support of Tedy’s Team. They’re an incredible charity dedicated to promoting heart health and stroke awareness.

Q: How did we get here?
A: Some of you may know, but for those who don’t, my immediate family has experienced firsthand the impacts of a stroke. I’m honored and excited to help raise money for Tedy’s Team to spread the word about stroke awareness and support those who have been impacted.

Q: What’s the fundraising plan? You do have a plan, right?
A: Yes, there is a plan. There will be the usual suspects of a workout class, a fundraiser with gifts from local sponsors, and a million story posts asking for the generosity of my dear friends. As well as some other fun stuff along the way.

Q: Have you picked out a fit yet for race day?
A: Maybe.

Q: Where can we donate?
A: The link is in the bio!

A little goes a long way in making a difference, and together, we can help ensure more people know how to catch the signs of a stroke before they happen. Anything helps, and I appreciate it more than you know. taken in Boston, Massachusetts by @npugs12

Sappy post incoming - this past weekend was incredible. I got to see one of my best friends live his dream surrounded by some amazing people. I was also fortunate enough to make my festival debut along side him as @freedrinks.djs , bringing a dream of mine to life as well. Huge shoutout and thank you to @breakaway for an amazing weekend and opportunity, @defbezos.dj / @keagenedwards for being one of the best guys around, and this group for being fkn awesome. Love in the Valley - 09.25.21
This was a first. I had the honor and privilege of marrying two of my best friends in a gorgeous locale. Hard to fully express what this meant to me, but safe to say I am lucky to be surrounded by some of the best people on the planet. Thank you for letting me play a part in your special day. taken in Sun Valley, Idaho by @npugs12
