The work does not ask how you feel.
It only asks if you will meet it.
Sled. Box. Bag. Bell.
Same lesson every time:
resistance is not the enemy.
It is the teacher.
Show up when it would be easier not to.
Push when the body wants to negotiate.
Rise with the people next to you.
This is the practice.
Not the highlight.
.

38+2 for 38 - I still have no words to express the emotions and gratitude that I have for all the people that are in my life and to the ones that decided to take on this adventure with me! I love you all and I love this community!! Here is to another trip around the sun! Special thanks to my wife @carmen_e93 for all the support always! To @bglynn11 who took the challenge of all 40miles with me! To @drblotempio for supporting this idea and getting my body and mind to be able to achieve this! And to @backyard.bos without whom I would have not found MY TRIBE. GRACIAS TOTALES

As a coach, I’ve always dreamed of the perfect class: one where the programming flows seamlessly, the energy is electric, the love is palpable, and real education takes place—all within that precious one-hour window. After 20 years in this profession, today was one of those rare, truly special days where everything came together beautifully. Grateful for this morning.
