An exciting expansion is coming for NS Cookie Co! 🚀🍪 October: I met Arlene Dickinson and she encouraged me to ‘Keep Going’! ⭐️ @arlenedickinson also encouraged me to pitch for the Dragons Den. 🐉 November: I was invited to be a Chef representing Nova Scotia at Taste of Canada- Whistler Cornucopia event. 🇨🇦👩‍🍳 This event inspired me to create a premium Canadian Cookie Brand along with our premium NS Cookie Co. Brand. 🍪 February - I pitched my expansion to Dragon’s Den, as shown in the photo. 🐉 It was a wonderful experience. ✅ I did not get to film for the television show yet! ☺️ I started to dream BIGGER and think more about the possibilities of expanding and creating a Canadian Cookie Brand. 🍪🇨🇦 April 29th I pitched at StartUp Canada 🇨🇦 Barb Stegemann thank you for advertising the event and for your sharing your genius with us all on stage & for your support. 🙏⭐️ @barbstegemann I did not win the pitch contest this time but I had a blast because I love pitching! 😄💥 What I came out of pitching was, Who better than ME to expand the business and make a national Canadian brand?! 🇨🇦 I committed to it days before my StartUp Canada pitch and it’s full steam ahead! If you love local Canadian brands, stay tuned because there are some exciting opportunities coming up for you to invest with us & grow to the next level! #scale #canadianmade 🇨🇦 #nextlevel #socialenterprise #novaacotia taken in Nova Scotia, Canada by @nscookieco
