What a fantastic day at the FBA Conference & Awards 2025!

Incredible energy, brilliant sessions, and so many inspiring conversations about innovation, leadership, and the future of food and beverage.

I was truly honoured to facilitate the “After the Listing” panel with three brilliant business women who are absolutely rocking it in their businesses: 💪
👏 Dr. Laura Richard @saltwindscoffee
👏 Sarah Bennetto O’Brien @thehandpieco
👏 Jenna Ross @nscookieco

Huge thanks to the organizers and all the speakers for making this such a high-impact day for our industry. 🚀

Couldn't be prouder to share a stage with these three powerhouses today at the @fb_atlantic conference in Moncton, New Brunswick.

Sharing our stories about what happens after getting your products onto grocery store shelves, and offering advice to those nearing that first hurdle themselves.

Key off-topic takeaways:
🤝@cmacgregor is the master of keeping me on task and I'm endlessly grateful
☕️@saltwindscoffee Laura is a beacon in this foggy adventure, and makes what is scientifically the smoothest cup of coffee
🍪@nscookieco Jenna is an inspiration for how to elevate a food experience, while becoming an absolute icon in Canadian gifting
🥧Always measure your doorways before purchasing new equipment.

Thank you, Atlantic Canadian food and beverage rockstars, for building this community that we're all so honoured to be a part of.
