Well, the votes were cast and both ballots were won by the truly tremendous @mbandf Legacy Split Escapement. So let us have some more #macrophotography of it then.

Even my shoddy photo skills can’t make this look bad.

So this finally arrived at my doorstep. Well, technically I picked it up in @johannes.kallinich‘s dad truck-turned-RV parked next to a pond.

Thank you very much for the journey spanning more than three years, Johannes and @claeysthibault. Great things ahead for @kallinichclaeys!

Finally I can show off the final piece of last month‘s German #mbandftribe dinner: the beautiful @mbandf #horologicalmachine HM11 Art Deco designed by @maximilianmaertens.

For a change I managed to capture the red gold dial rather well.

Yeah, definitely the most comfortable watch I have ever owned.

Just another dial that is insanely hard to photograph. And yes, this is also a #newwatchalert.

To capture that guilloche so nicely is fairly rare.

Look at what I just randomly found in my photo library… @kallinichclaeys Einser Founder‘s Edition back during #genevawatchdays2024 at the impromptu meetup with @johannes.kallinich, @claeysthibault and a few other first supporters aka the knife gang.
