This is Emma - and if you know @em_selfpilates you’ll know just how lucky we are to have her at the NUUKÓRE RESIDENCY 🤎✨

Better known as Spicy Spice, Emma is your Wednesday morning instructor at Nuukóre.

With a background in professional dance and choreography, and a love for all things creative, Emma brings fun, energy and just the right amount of spice to every class. Expect sessions that challenge you, support you and leave you feeling stronger, uplifted and ready for the day ahead.

Emma also works closely with pre & postnatal clients, as well as those managing injuries or movement restrictions. She offers 1:1 sessions too - perfect if you’d like some extra support, want to build confidence before joining a group class, or simply prefer a more personalised approach. 🤎 taken in London Borough of Bexley by @nuukore_
