THIS STUDIO IS SO GORGEOUS IT HAD TO GET TWO REVIEWS🤭🤎

We attended the opening night for @nuukore_ in Bexley last month, and a TIME was had! We were then kindly gifted the opportunity to come back for an actual reformer class… so obviously we’re taking you with usssss!👸🏽

It was soooo crazy seeing the studio with the reformers in it for a change and OMG… it is absolutely STUNNING😍 We loooove a wooden reformer, and the colour??? GORGORGORG🤎 They’re super comfy too, and we are OBSESSED with a studio where every reformer has its own mirror!

At the back of the studio you’ll find the most gorgeous little toilet🤎 as well as the Kóre Rehab Station, where you can grab yourself a drink, any equipment you might need or even the CUTEST silk scrunchies!🎀

We took the Nuukóre Community class with the lovely @laura_pilatesglow and girlllllll… WHAT. A. CLASS.😮‍💨 We started with lotssssss of footwork, stretching and core before moving into some of the strongest long box work we have EVER done. Not sure how we were still smiling after that one lol😭 Then came upper body and plank work to finish… the perfect full-body workout!😍💪🏽

We were also kindly gifted these BEAUTIFUL goodie bags, including Nuukóre grippies, a shimmery bottle and some goodies from @im8health which we cannot WAIT to try!✨

You can grab an intro pass on @mindbody including 2 classes for £35, or a £25 drop-in, and we would HIGHLY recommend giving Nuukóre a go whether you are in the area or not!🤎

Both wearing @jluxe_official 🤎
Grippies kindly gifted by @gripgripuk 🐶🌶️
