Just TWO weeks after back surgery, Tom Blanchard is already showing up, standing strong, and continuing to lead by example! That says a lot about his dedication, commitment, and heart for our Region 11 Members.

Tom understands that true leadership is about service, not a title. He won’t leave our members behind. He wants to bring us together, move us forward. Region 11 is the BEST region and Tom is ready to serve our region.
