🏒 WE DON'T BOO CANADIANS. WE BUY THEM BEER. 🍻🇨🇦

The Ottawa Senators are coming to Vegas on October 27, and we're giving their fans a warm Vegas welcome!

It's called Buy a Canadian a Beer, and here's how you can get in on the fun at the Vegas Golden Knights game on Oct. 27:

🍻 Spot a Senators fan. Find someone wearing an Ottawa jersey and offer to buy them a beer.

🤝 Break the ice. Start with hockey, talk a little real estate and see where the conversation goes!

📸 Capture the moment. Snap a selfie with your new Canadian friend, tag @LVRMembers and use #Beers4canada.

Who's coming with you, eh? Tag your game-day buddy below! 🍻

Okay, but why are we buying Canadians a beer? 🍻

Our Canadian neighbors have been coming to Vegas for years to visit, do business, buy homes and become part of our community. On Oct. 27, we have a pretty good excuse to return the hospitality.

The Ottawa Senators are coming to town, and we’re asking Las Vegas REALTORS® to help us give their fans a Vegas welcome.

🍺 Spot a Senators fan

🍺 Offer to buy them a beer, soda or whatever they’re drinking

📸 Make a connection, grab a selfie and tag @LVRMembers with #Beers4Canada

No complicated rules. Just REALTORS® making connections with our neighbors to the north.

Hockey, hospitality and maybe a beer. We can all agree on that, eh? 🇨🇦🍻

Southern Nevada Development Coalition (SNDC) taking care of business in Washington, D.C.! 🇺🇸 During the @vegaschamber Fly-In, we strengthened relationships and gained key insights on the challenges at the federal level.

Our coalition met with @sencortezmasto, @markamodeinv2, @dinatitusnv and @susieleenv, along with the offices of @senjackyrosen and @stevenahorsford. We discussed issues that shape Southern Nevada’s growth: federal lands legislation, pressure on the commercial and residential real estate markets, the ROAD to Housing Act, workforce development and more. SNDC stressed the importance of advancing responsible growth to keep housing attainable and development viable.

Thank you to the Vegas Chamber and everyone who helped make our time in D.C. count!
