A little teamwork away from the rink. The U18 Flames were grateful to have the opportunity to spend time with Brown Bagging for Calgary Kids, helping support lunches for local kids. by @nwflamesu18

Behind the scenes of a post-game recovery based session with the @nwflamesu18.

In-Season training doesn’t need to be fancy or overcomplicated.

As coaches we need to:
1. Understand the team schedule
- how much volume and rest is required
- when the next game is

2. Know what qualities to train and what body parts specifically
- speed, power, strength, reactive strength
- adductors, abductors, hip flexors, hamstring shoulder

3. Create an environment the athletes want to be in
- none of the above matters if no one shows up or wants to be there
- training should be fun and something players look forward to during the week

Let us know if the cringe voice over is something you want more of. The idea is to give more context into some of the methods we show.
