Coach Griff session with a new client. taken in Elizabethtown, Kentucky by @nxt1up_baseballperformance

First session with Addison (11U) and we kept it simple…

Less is more.

The feel? Quiet. Calm. Let the moment do the work.

When hitters stop forcing it and start trusting it—that’s when the best swings show up. The ball jumps. Backspin carries. And it feels like you barely swung.

Effortless power > forced swings.

This is where real development starts.
