The batting cage work happened earlier today. This is just Friday night fun... because you never know when acorn-hitting skills will come in handy. 😂🌰🥎 #Softball #ClassOf2030 #StudentAthlete

⚾️ WHY NOT MASTER THIS? 🕰️

Being ON TIME at the plate isn’t luck. It’s preparation, rhythm, and repetition!

Stop rushing the swing. Learn to control your timing, get the barrel in position, and attack the baseball with confidence.

🔥 TIMING IS A SKILL. TRAIN IT!

Parents, this one is for YOU.

I was on a college visit at SMU talking with the coaching staff, and they said something every football parent needs to hear:

Parents’ behavior can DEFINITELY cost a kid his offer.

Here’s what coaches are watching:

What you post on social media about coaches, refs, and teammates.

How you act in the stands
How you carry yourself after the game, win or lose
Whether you’re going to be a problem for their staff for the next 4–5 years
Coaches aren’t just recruiting your son.

They’re recruiting YOUR FAMILY. If you’re a headache, they’ll move on to the next recruit. There are too many good players out there to deal with drama.

Your son can be a baller, but if Mom or Dad is ranting on Facebook about playing time or cussing out the coach after a loss, schools will look the other way.

Be the parent who makes your son EASIER to recruit, not harder.

Comment OFFER if you’re ready to make sure nothing stands between your athlete and his opportunity.

Good is the enemy of great. 🏈

“Happy accidents.”

Griffey had the prettiest swing in baseball. Effortless home runs.

That effortlessness was the result of what he calls an “accident”.

Because of adrenaline/pressure/speed of the game, hitters tend to be a tick ahead of where they expect.

That being early by a split-second is what leads to getting your barrel a hair further out in front.

It’s the fine line between a laser line drive and a home run.

Complete hitters are capable of doing both.
