✨ As we say goodbye to our first official summer as NYC Hikers, we can’t help but reflect on all the incredible moments we’ve shared! ✨

It feels like just yesterday we launched this community on IG back in March 2024, and look at how far we’ve come already! 🌿🥾

To every single one of you who joined us on the trails, in adventures, and shared so many laughs and memories — thank you. You are what makes this community so special! ❤️ And endless gratitude to those who have worked tirelessly behind the scenes, day and night, to make these experiences possible for everyone. 🙌

We absolutely love the friendships this community has created. Watching people cheer each other on, lend a helping hand, and share in the joy of the outdoors is what makes this all so meaningful. 🤗💚

As we’ve grown in numbers, so has our admin team — the true backbone of this community. Thank you for keeping this beautiful experience thriving! 🌳💪

With over 1,500 friends in our WhatsApp community, we’ve hiked, traveled, adventured, and even cleaned trails together. 🏕️✨ Seeing everyone come together to enjoy these moments has been the greatest joy of all.

But don’t worry — this is just the beginning! 🍂 Fall is around the corner, bringing foliage trips, apple picking, and maybe even some pumpkin carving. 🎃 And when winter arrives, we’re even more excited for snow sports, cozy hikes, and more adventures! ❄️🌲

Imagine soaking in crystal blue pools surrounded by red rock canyons and waterfalls—literally nature’s hot tub. And the best part? It’s just about an hour from SLC. The hike in is super scenic with river crossings and colorful mineral deposits, making the journey just as epic as the destination. Totally worth the effort to kick back and soak it all in.

We’re so pumped to share this epic spot with you—Sand Hollow, Utah! It’s hands down our favorite Utah adventure, and we can’t wait to come back in April for more.

Our top pick? Definitely the UTV tours! Riding over the massive red sand dunes and hitting the “Top of the World” viewpoint is an absolute must. You can rent UTVs, go on guided tours, or even take out jet skis for some fun on the water. Mad Moose Rentals has it all, and their gear is top-notch!
