some more fun & food from Sardinia 🇮🇹 I wanna go back NEOWWW

I had the biggest craving for calamari and this FLEW straight up to top 3 that I’ve had in life! The squid was cooked perfectly with the most flavoursome batter 🫦

whatever you do DONT miss out on a boat day. We chartered our own & it’s not cheap but I think it’s completely worth it! The water, the beaches, the freedom, the diving, the fishes!! Best way to end our trip 🩵🥹

Culurgiones - famous dumpling pasta in Sardinia

This one was filled with potato & salt cod with a butter herb oil sauce. Very indulgent, quite subtle in flavours but enjoyable

Second best dish of Sardinia was Squid ink culugiones with datterino tomato sauce, smoked ricotta and basil. Satisfying chew, beauuutfiful savoury filling, I didn’t wanna share this one hehe

we also ordered sausage gnocchi w/ Parmesan cream & a seafood fregola. Really tasty meal tbh.

SARDINIA 🇮🇹 & what I thought (writing in caption cos no one could read the last one huhuhu)

Best dish of the holiday - malloreddus alla Campidanese from La Sciumara (a traditional Sardinian pasta with sausage, saffron & tomato) 🍅

god damn I haven’t tasted tomato sauce quite like this in a minute!! wrapped up in the curves of the satisfyingly chewy pasta, unreal

we stayed at @aethossardinia ,they had an infinity pool that looked out onto the beach & cabanas in the rocks. Pretty lit

I did love this hotel!! The setting & location are STUNNING. We definitely had a few issues during our stay which, for a 5-star hotel at the price point it was, I really hoped we wouldn’t have.

That being said, I have to give them credit where it’s due cos as soon as I raised everything, they were efficient in sorting it out and offered a 1 night refund but it took a while. so Idk mixed feelings

pool spread, lovedddd the fresh & citrusy amberjack cerviche, served with crackers & wasabi mayo. Prawn courgette malloreddus & vongole were very underseasoned but nothing that can’t be fixed with a sprinkle of salt

this was my actually birthday date! Ben booked a boat transfer to Phi island for dinner & a rave 😭 worth it at sunset but be prepared for a bit of a splash

Phi Beach lil compilation 🏝️ if you go YOU HAVE to go to an event at least!! I loved it here SO much, very fun & extravagant experience.

We started with dinner at Nammos which also gets you access to the event on the island, so you don’t need to buy a separate ticket. Straight into the live band they have every night, followed by FIREWORKS??? Dj’s started the event & Honey Dijon was headlining. SICK

Black Coffee and Peggy Gou had also played here just before we arrived. Who would’ve thought Sardinia HAD GAME like THIS!!! I picked it to relax after Ibiza…lul

I won’t talk too much about dinner at Nammos cos for me, it simply wasn’t worth the price 😭 They hit us with a £264 sea bream BRUV??? It was priced by weight and they didn’t tell us which fish/size they were picking, so that was a lovely little surprise. But I refused to let a sea bream ruin my evening 😂

IBIZA BDAY TRIP: what l ate + what I thought 🇪🇸
(relaying all the text in the caption cos some found it hard to read on the slides)

3 - Catch of the day = scorpion fish from @es_terral_ibiza Michelin Guide listed and very well deserved - exceptional service!! The fish was SO meaty yet tender, topped with this savoury, XO-ish oil, stunning, coulda eaten 4 x

5/6 - The chicken soup from the previous video deserves a permanent spot on the menu. @canmuson is a little farm shop where you can buy produce grown on site and see the animals. After 5 different beverages + egg on toast failed to cure my hangover, I spotted chicken soup on the specials board. Best thing I ate all holiday & fixed everything that was wrong with me x

9 - @casalindaibiza The most gorgeous setting for pretty
much any dinner occasion!! Bring bug spray though

10 - Whole Dover Sole, filleted table side & served with a herby beurre Blane & grilled lemon FANTASTICO, sooo buttery, me gusto mucho. The fish out here have been 10/10 (Casa Linda)

11 - Tomato tartare & seabass carpaccio were also bit hits! super fresh, vibrant & punchy flavours. Mains didn't hit the same, we ordered pulled lamb which was meant to be come with naan but they gave us lettuce instead, thats betrayal imo. Other than that the whole experience was lovely x (Casa Linda)

15 - Lunch sports a Japanese menu & it was really decent. Faves were crispy rice salmon & yellowtail jalapeño It's deffo not cheap, but it one of those places where the food is actually good enough that. paired with the setting and the whole beach club experience, the spend feels worth it. We had a very nice time & got very tipsy 🥴 @claphouseibiza
