210 triathletes. Blood drawn before the race and after.

The ones who cramped and the ones who didn’t had the same sodium. The same hydration.

What separated them was pace, and whether they’d cramped before.

The research is on the site now. Link in bio.

Ginger and elderflower carry this one. The zero proof version isn’t missing anything.

LAST LIGHT, the last drink of summer, two ways:

Zero proof:
1½ oz Giffard ginger
½ oz Giffard elderflower
1 oz lime
3 oz NYLA Original

Spirited:
1 oz gin
½ oz Giffard elderflower liqueur
1¼ oz Giffard ginger
1 oz lime
3 oz NYLA Original

Dill salt rim, one big cube. Shake everything but the NYLA. Pour it in last, slowly, down the side. Never stir after. That’s how you keep the bubbles.
