@roanokegofest had a great time, didn’t have my phone out for some of the best parts. The BMX was so tough, the guys working the chainsaws were badass, and it was great to see some fitness guys in the area out there like @letsconquerfitness with his brick AM brick class too. I’m definitely inspired. Lots of familiar faces out there happy to meet new ones everyone doing there thing🙏🏽📈

I picked up a diving try out course with Scott at Aquateck in Salem, got the best fresh pressed juice from the @fruitsandrootsroanoke tent, and did some networking with @freshharborsolutions. We got some good eats at the @queensvegancafe truck, yo and tried sparkling pickle juice @nylajuice tent; not bad at all. I was able to show of some new @the.grit.journey gear and had some new @gritrunnersclub tanks come in this weekend too

It was a great turnout and a fun time. Health is wealth guys

#FAIF Ep4: Did you know that Nyla Juice is the ONLY sparkling pickle juice in the WORLD? I was pretty tired after the Lions game but I am glad Estelle took me to @portferndale for picklebacks.
