POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Allow me to introduce myself. I’m Omar Whave — a country boy from Bay St. Louis, Mississippi who’s spent his whole life beating the odds.

Bodybuilding and training saved my life. Six years ago, I took a leap of faith and bet on myself, and it changed everything.

I’m nowhere near finished. I’m far from perfect. But my vision is bigger than most people can understand.

The Whave is just getting started… and I’m coming for everything they said wasn’t possible.

While at @newtechgym in Las Vegas I had the pleasure of working with @aawhave and @o.dawg We went over the “Champagne Press” or “Hinge Press” to target the center of the chest. Look out for these two!

2026 SEASON FINALE.

First and foremost, all praise be to God! After 40 weeks of dieting, this season taught me more than I could ever fit into one caption. Patience, discipline, sacrifice, resilience, and how to keep showing up when the excitement wears off and the work gets heavy. I learned more about my body, my mind, and what it truly takes to reach the next level.

To my family, friends, and everyone who attended the shows, checked on me, sent encouragement, or showed love throughout this entire journey—thank you. None of it went unnoticed, and having that support behind me made every difficult day worth it.

A huge shoutout to my coaches: @mrolympia08 @stevemousharbash_official for the guidance, honesty, patience, and belief throughout this season. Thank you for continuing to push me and helping me bring my best package to the stage.

@npc_ifbb_atlantaprosupershow was an incredible production from beginning to end. The atmosphere, organization, and overall experience made it the perfect stage to close out the year.

The 2026 competition season is officially complete. I’m leaving it stronger, wiser, and even hungrier than when I entered. Now it’s time to recover, grow, and apply every lesson learned.

This chapter is finished—but the job is nowhere near done. More fuel in the tank. We’ll be back. 🫡 taken in Atlanta, Georgia by @o.dawg

All Glory be to God. 🙏🏾
This past weekend is one I’ll never forget. Walking away with my first Overall Men’s Physique title at the NPC Dexter Jackson Classic is a milestone I’ve dreamed of for a long time.

Huge thank you to my coaches, family, friends, and everyone who supported me throughout this prep. It truly takes a team.

The mission isn’t complete—this is just the beginning. There’s still plenty left in the tank, and we’re finishing this season strong. 🌊

Shoutout to @dexterthebladeproductions for putting on an incredible show and @prostudio1_com for capturing these moments.

There’s nothing more rewarding as a coach than watching your athletes step on stage, trust the process, and perform at such a high level. I couldn’t be prouder of this team and everything they accomplished. Their hard work, discipline, and dedication showed from the moment they walked on stage.

It didn’t happen by mistake and it didn’t happen overnight…

Special moment for me. I’ve never had TWO brothers win the overall in different divisions in the same show. Thank you both for this memory I will cherish.
