While at @newtechgym in Las Vegas I had the pleasure of working with @aawhave and @o.dawg We went over the “Champagne Press” or “Hinge Press” to target the center of the chest. Look out for these two! #charlesglass #bodybuilding #chestworkout #chest #godfatherofbodybuilding

Family is a luxury, and I thank God for mine. ♥️ My boys have been competing since May and have crushed every single show, but this one was extra special. My brothers AND my big cousin all hit the stage! 💪🏾✨ Watching the people you love accomplish their goals is one thing, but being there to witness it together makes it even sweeter. The way we show up, support, and celebrate one another is priceless. 🫶🏾 All three are STARS. ⭐️ Proud Big Sis! ♥️

LAST SHOW OF THE SEASON. ⏳ One more opportunity to bring our best package to the stage before the lights go out and the offseason begins. Every workout, every meal, every sacrifice over the last year has led to this moment. Now it’s time to leave it all on stage with no regrets. To our family, friends, and everyone in ATL that’s been supporting us from day one, we’d love to have you there. Come out and cheer on the WHAVE Bros one last time before we disappear into hibernation and get back to building. The work doesn’t stop after this, it just changes. 📍 ATL PRO, Georgia International Convention Center 🗓️ August 8th See y’all there. Let’s finish this season the right way. 💪🏾🏆
