One of those summer days I’ll never forget. 🚴‍♂️☀️

An unforgettable ride through Al Ain with the Al Ain Cycling Group — amazing people, great energy, and good vibes from start to finish. Before wrapping up the ride, we took on the climb up Jebel Hafeet, making the day even more special.

Definitely one of the best memories of the summer. ⛰️🔥

One year. One decision. A lifetime of change.

This is my first year in triathlon, and it has already changed my life. It’s not just about swimming, cycling, or running—it’s about discipline, consistency, and becoming a better version of yourself every single day.

Your biggest competition is the person you were yesterday. Keep showing up. 💙🏊🚴🏃👊🏽

One of the best cycling routes I’ve ever ridden.

Al Hudayriyat Island in Abu Dhabi truly exceeded my expectations. Despite the high humidity, every kilometer was worth it. The route is beautifully designed, incredibly well-organized, and the atmosphere makes the entire ride enjoyable from start to finish.

Definitely one of my favorite cycling destinations in the UAE, and a place I’ll be coming back to.

Strong knees aren’t built through rest and stretching alone.
At some point, they need proper loading, strength, balance, and resilience.

Because real sport and real life aren’t always slow and controlled 🦵🏽💪🏼
