Welcome to Nashville, Beautiful People. I’m Stephen Miller, & today I’m taking you to the Oak Hill area to tour one of the most stunning homes I’ve seen all year. @SouthernEdgeConstruction doesn’t miss, guys. They’re consistently one of my favorite builders in the Nashville area & this one definitely keeps up with their reputation!

From the moment you drive up to the end of this quiet cul de sac, through the gated entry, you’ll get it too! The 6 bed, 7.5 bath, 8,300sqft STUNNER sits on just over an acre & feels so private you’d hardly know you’re in the city if it weren’t for how dadgum conveniently located it is to ALL THE STUFF!

Inside are some of the most luxurious lighting choices, gorgeous custom millwork accents, & timelessly elegant design choices I’ve ever seen.

The kitchen is an absolute showpiece, with a Wolf range, 60 inch paneled fridge & freezer, & a massive 12 foot island, not to mention the hidden prep kitchen that is SO convenient!

The main level primary suite feels like its own private retreat, with heated bathroom floors, a built-in sauna, dual walk in closets, in-closet laundry, & direct access to your own private spa. BUT WAIT, THERE’S MORE!

You’ve got a theater room, a bonus room, the raddest moody office space, whole home speaker wiring, & a THREE car garage!

And the backyard is insane, guys! I just wanna spend every hot Middle Tennessee Summer Day here. It’s not just a pool. It’s a full resort style outdoor living experience by @OasisOutdoorTN, with a tanning ledge, infinity edge, separate spa, fire pit, pool house, outdoor kitchen, covered porch, fireplace, putting green, & motorized screens so you can enjoy it all year round.

This place is absolutely perfect & it just goes on & on, I don’t even feel like we scratched the surface with this video. You really have to see it in person. And I can help with that!

I specialize in helping people find their DREAM HOME in the Greater Nashville Area & I’d be honored to show you! Just shoot me a message & we can make it happen!

This property went under contract before ever hitting the market — and we’re excited to see it through to closing in the coming months.

We currently have strong inventory coming soon in the Brentwood area, including exclusive off-market opportunities.

If you’re looking to buy or sell, feel free to reach out — we’d love to connect. taken in Brentwood, Tennessee by @oasisoutdoortn

A #pebblesheen #backyardoasis #custompools #poolbuilder #outdooroasis #marmiro #hayward #shotcrete little throw back to a beautiful finished project in 12th south completed this year. Missing summer as I sit outside and watch the rain. But here’s the good news! We work all year round! So it’s definitely not too late to be swimming by next spring!
