Quality isn’t just in the finished product. It’s in everything you don’t see. 💪

From precision framing to intricate steel placement, our build crew takes pride in every detail. Every bend, every tie, every brace has a purpose.

It’s this level of craftsmanship and attention to detail that sets our team apart. We don’t believe in cutting corners, especially when building the foundation of something that’s meant to last a lifetime.

Proud of the guys behind the scenes who make projects like this possible. 🔥

322 Gun Club’s backyard really hit on every level.

When we started this project, we knew we wanted to create something special—but we didn’t realize just how incredible this space would turn out. From the pool, sport court, and outdoor living areas to the architecture and landscaping, every detail came together better than we could have imagined.

Definitely our favorite backyards to date. If you loved this backyard stay tuned to our coming soons. We have more projects coming like this.

322 Gun Club ☀️

There’s something special about seeing months of work come together in one finished home.

Every detail you see in this reel represents someone’s time, talent, and craftsmanship. We’re fortunate to work with an incredible group of people who continue to show up, solve problems, obsess over the details, and bring these homes to life.

To everyone who had a hand in 322 Gun Club — thank you. We couldn’t do what we do without you.

Another one we’ll always be proud to have our name on. If you would like to hear more about our upcoming projects reach out.

@oasisoutdoortn absolutely killed it on this design. From the layout to the details, this one is going to be something special when it’s finished.

Now it’s time for the STL Shotcrete crew to bring this shell to life. 🔥

Our latest project, 322 Gun Club, is one we’re incredibly proud of.

This home came together through the dedication of an incredible team of craftsmen, trade partners, vendors, and people behind the scenes who care about every detail. From the earliest stages to the final finishing touches, countless hours went into creating a home that feels truly special.

Proud of this home. Even more proud of the team that brought it to life.

322 Gun Club sold pre-market, but if you missed this one, there’s more to come. We have several new 2K Development projects underway in the surrounding area, each with the same attention to design, craftsmanship, and detail.

If you’re looking for your next home and want to learn about our upcoming projects before they hit the market, get in touch with us.
