DREAM COLLAB💙🍞 Today is a very special day. After many months of testing we are finally ready to launch something we’ve been working on with the ever amazing @gwynethpaltrow 💙The most perfect grain free loaf!! We called it The Wellness Bread, it’s made with almond flour, buckwheat, arrowroot and chia seeds. It’s vegan, grain free, gluten free, oil free and SO DELICIOUS. The bread itself will be for sale at our bakery in Montecito and you will be able to buy The Wellness Bread mix at all Goop stores in the US so you can make this beautiful, healthy loaf right at home. They have a limited supply so get it while you can!! Very very proud of this little partnership. It just happens to be my birthday today as well!!! This feels like the best birthday present I could ever ask for. Available Downtown and Montecito today until sold out!! by @oat_bakery

Happy summer and happy Fiesta week!! 🤍 every year during Fiesta we close Downtown and Goleta for a little summer break. Our Magnolia Ave and Haley location will both be closed Thursday August 6th - Sunday August 9th and back open regular hours Monday the 10th. Montecito will stay open regular hours all week with extra bread daily. Our team is working hard on some very exciting things — a small food menu coming soon to Montecito and later this fall Downtown!! Stay tuned for more updates. Xoxo Oat Bakery by @oat_bakery

Every Tuesday afternoon @sheldon_chu does our farmers market run for the week. We bring bread to the farmers we work with and load up on seasonal produce for the week ahead. Our cherry tomato’s used on the farmers focaccia and summer bean salad as well as the lettuce used for salads and sandwiches come from @mikesorganicfarm. Our sweet corn used in the summer salad come from @tuttifruttifarmsca and stone fruit from @burkdollfarm. Our seasonal miso tomato toast — my absolute favorite at the moment, is made with the perfect heirloom tomato’s from @johngivensfarm and lastly @avilaandsonsfarms for honey almond butter used on superseed toast with tart cherry jam and flaky salt and figs for our July special, ricotta toast with fresh figs, hot honey and toasted pumpkin seeds. Happy summer ♥️🍒 stay cool out there!!! Our bakery shelves are freshly stocked with warm sourdoughs, frøsnappers and hygge buns and the fridges are full of summer spreads! Olive chimichurri is back and we’ve been putting it on everything. by @oat_bakery

Happy 4th💙🇺🇸

All bakeries are open today 4th of July with limited hours 8-12pm.

Goleta will be serving Danish breakfast all morning but all other food will be closed for the day. Come by for bread, pastries and spreads!

Lots of jalapeño cheddar farmers bun are coming out of the oven and tomato rosemary sourdough focaccia is finally back on the menu! Farmers tomato, sharp cheddar and roasted shallots topped with sesame and chives. Another summer staple that we have all been waiting for is Olive Chimichurri! Available at all locations starting today. by @oat_bakery

Happy Fathers Day to all the dads out there. We loaf you!! 💙 When we were going over ideas for Father’s Day, both Lily and Lou said, “What is it with dads and lemon bars?” Some of you may resonate with this, but in their case, they both grew up with dads who were crazy about lemon bars.
So why not make a lemon bar pastry?
Made with local citrus, French butter, organic sugar, and buttery, flaky pastry, then topped with a savory sourdough crumble and blueberries. It’s the perfect bite. And what’s even better? They were made with our love for all the daddies. We only made 50 of these!! Get them in Montecito starting 9am today. by @oat_bakery

Happy Solstice 🩷 reminder that both Goleta and Downtown is closed today and through the weekend to give our team a little weekend re-set and to enjoy the first weekend of summer. Montecito will remain open regular hours today and tomorrow, Father’s Day. We’re back open regular hours all locations next week. Thank you for your endless support and bread love !! Happy Valentines Day ♥️♥️♥️ our Downtown bakery on Haley Street is opening 7 days a week starting this SUNDAY and we will have Valentines specials all weekend long at all locations. Dark chocolate cherry buns (very important to eat these with salted french butter!!), miso maple wholegrain focaccia topped with scallions and sesame seeds, espresso rye chocolate chip cookies and a limited amount of @koatjiofficial raw honey maca chocolate milk along with our regular menu.
