Fish Out of Water is for every university student who's about to step into the real world, only to discover that nobody really explained what that meant.

It's for the graduate who feels behind before the race has even started.

The first-time professional trying to figure it all out.

16th August. A significant date on this journey of life.

Decades ago, I got born again.
Today, I got ordained into leadership in @wearethenew_global.

God is so bloody intentional. And if you are running, God will set leg for you and catch you in front. Ask me how I know.

@okodughaolushola and @topeokodugha, thank you sir and ma. For seeing something, calling it out, forcing it out and then having the audacity to give me responsibility with it. I know what you've entrusted me with is weighty, and that's not lost on me. It is an honour to build with you.

@olamide.odusola My bobo. You have heard ALL the versions of the panic. Thank you for calming my nerves, praying with me, absorbing it all, through it all. I love you.

And my brothers @dimejiladipo, @detowun.adekoya and @sopeagbebi, what a privilege to do this with you. This world is absolutely ours for the taking. There is so much ground ahead of us, and I genuinely cannot think of better people to take it with.

My family. @olufunkendubisi, Dad, @mobutu9, and my sisters, @ebelina07, @amakaajayi and @seunogungbade_. The ones who knew me before any of this. Thank you for being home. For the prayers, the hype, the reality checks, showing up, and for always being ridiculously proud of me. I love you very, very much.
