Crab-down
You've heard of a pose down, well now it's time for the first ever CRAB-DOWN!
In honor of our fallen brother John Yobst, we are offering a division dedicated to him and his favorite pose, the crab most muscular!
John was the coach of Team Lean, OCB Head judge, veteran bodybuilder. And good friend. If you've ever been to a New England Bodybuilding show, he was the loud guy!

The class will be run similar a prejudging, but, the only pose utilized will be the crab most muscular, followed by a Crab Pose Down to Music. Classic Physique competitors and Bodybuilders can both enter.
Placements 1-5.

DEBUT ELIGIBILITY: First competition ever. Competitors cannot have ever competed in any category with any organization.
NOVICE ELIGIBILITY: Cannot have placed first in any class (besides Teen), within any division, within any category, with any organization (with the exception of cases where first place was won in a class that only had one competitor in it)
.

Wow… What an amazing journey! May 23rd I began prepping for my first bodybuilding show ever and I couldn’t even have dreamed of a better outcome. I won my first ever figure bodybuilding show placing first in the figure debut division and in the figure open division earning my OCB pro card! This is honestly a dream come true. I met amazing people along the way and definitely started an addiction! Despite working a full time job, commuting from home to boston everyday, and being a full time student year round maintaining a 3.98 GPA, I freaking did it!!! I could not be more proud. However this would have NEVER been possible without you all, truly. my friends, family, coworkers, classmates, everyone. You guys gave me the strength to keep going and I love you all so much. a very very special thank you to my coaches @strengthcliniciancoaching and @cross_fitnessandperformance for always motivating me and keeping me accountable. thank you @km_skin @revitalize_rx for this amazing spray tan, I mean look how gorgeous. The makeup by @flawlessfitnessbeauty was incredible. Hair by @thegirlwhodoesmyhair obviously never fails. This STUNNING bikini that got me a million compliments from @muscledazzlebikinis. Thank you so much for hosting an amazinc competition @ocbcapecodnatural @ocbofficialpage. Most of all THANK YOU GOD🙏🙏 by @ocbcapecodnatural
