What started as someone’s protective gear, meant to save and protect someone's life, almost ended a seal’s life.

While patrolling the docks of Walvis Bay Harbour, OCN rescuers Hawain and Antoine spot a seal wearing safety goggles like a twisted necklace. Luckily, this seal frequents one of our known rescue hotspots. These goggles likely fell into the ocean during boat maintenance, and the seal started playing with them and got entangled.
