Rocks, Rips & Reefs runs multiple times a year and there are three more dates coming up.

Heads up though: it’s been a very popular event this summer. This program has limited capacity so if you want a spot, get there early!

A few things worth knowing: this event is put on entirely by the San Diego Council of Divers. Ocean Enterprises loves and supports this program, but these are run by them. It’s free to attend, and since it runs on volunteer instructors and safety swimmers, donations are highly appreciated if you can swing it.

La Jolla Cove / Boomer Beach Saturday, August 22 Meet at 1150 Coast Blvd., La Jolla CA 92037

Marine Street Beach Saturday, September 12 Meet at 300 Marine Street, La Jolla CA 92037

Sunset Cliffs Saturday, September 26 Meet at 1250 block of Sunset Cliffs Blvd., San Diego CA 92107 (parking lot between Adair and Osprey St.)
