Our self-titled EP is out now on all streaming platforms!

We’re so grateful to everyone who has supported Oceanspace along the way and contributed to this project. We wanted this EP to capture the vibe of our live shows—raw, honest, and full of energy—while exploring a range of musical styles. Thank you for being part of this journey with us. We hope you enjoy it!

Sound is truly the unsung (pun intended) hero of film and we’re so grateful to the team who helped our film sound fab ✨

Wāhine Waveriders soundtrack is a combination of original composition by @devczuk and music provided by some amazing artists;

“Oceanspace Over The Years” Part I: BACKSTAGE

As we anticipate the release our self titled EP, we’re reminiscing on the past four years leading up to now with a series of nostalgia.

Live shows have played a huge part in who we are as a band, with our first performance being the third time we ever jammed as a group to diving head first into the ocean of New Zealand’s music festival scene.

Backstage, a place where time simultaneously slows down and speeds up before a show. A giddy moment shared with other artists, crew members, photographers and friends.

The green room, a place to both warm up and chill out in preparation for the time warp of being on stage.

Getting ready to release an EP sort of feels like being backstage, unseen by the world yet but ready to jump up there and give it what you got.
