Northern Lights ✅ !!! Svolvær, Norway, Sept 9, 2025. This one deserves a permanent spot on my feed because I still can’t believe it happened. No filter and had to keep the original audio because the wonder and excitement in my voice remind me of how I felt in that incredible moment. Just to give you a sense of how lucky we were to see this: the northern lights season had literally just begun, we only had 2 nights in the arctic circle, we had a rare completely clear sky and it was only 10:30pm so we were still awake to see it all! We had just checked in to the Scandic Svolvær in the harbor and the vibe was electric! Everyone came pouring out of their hotels, restaurants and homes and you could hear the collective gasping and cheering throughout the town. An unbelievable night I’m so grateful for and will never forget. Thank you Norway! More beautiful pics and video from our trip saved in my highlights. #norway #northernlights #auroraborealis #lofotenislands🇳🇴 #svolvaer #visitnorway taken in Lofoten Islands, Norway by @ocpilatesmama

My first time on our neighborhood canyon trail with Auggie today! Bittersweet as it holds so many special memories of Oscar pup. I’m so grateful for the memories and the many, many miles we adventured together over the years. Happy to be making new ones again. 💞 #adventureswithoscar #adventureswithauggie #goldenboy #goldenretriever by @ocpilatesmama

Team USA figure skater Josephine Lee has been putting in the work at the studio twice a week for the past year. Consistent Pilates practice helps build total body strength from the core forward and enhances the mind-body connection that a figure skater needs. Keep it up Joey, you’re on your way to a great season! #pilatesforfigureskaters #pilates #pilatesstudio #figureskating #iceskating #pilatesforathletes #pilatesreformer #pilateschair #pilatescadillac #pilateslovers #ilovepilates taken in The Pilates Shoppe by @ocpilatesmama

Figure skating sisters Violet (big sis) & Vera (lil’ sis) work hard in the Pilates studio every week! Pilates is a great compliment to their sport, learning mind/body awareness and connections, working on core and overall body strength, training flexibility and preventing injury. How awesomely adorable are these two? #pilates #pilatesforfigureskaters #figureskating #greatparkice #alisoviejo #pilatesforkids #pilatesreformer #pilatesstudio #pilateschoreography #pilatesjumpboard #ilovepilates #pilatesisforeverybody taken in The Pilates Shoppe by @ocpilatesmama
