Figure skating sisters Violet (big sis) & Vera (lil’ sis) work hard in the Pilates studio every week! Pilates is a great compliment to their sport, learning mind/body awareness and connections, working on core and overall body strength, training flexibility and preventing injury. How awesomely adorable are these two? #pilates #pilatesforfigureskaters #figureskating #greatparkice #alisoviejo #pilatesforkids #pilatesreformer #pilatesstudio #pilateschoreography #pilatesjumpboard #ilovepilates #pilatesisforeverybody

It’s Sunday and Oscar pup and I are dreaming up fun flows for my reformer classes this week! My @pilatesshoppe clients will be treated to this sweaty side car series tomorrow (notice I’m the one riding side car since Oscar’s the boss). Try it on a blue or red spring in sets of 10, have fun and don’t forget to do it all again on the other side! #pilateslife #pilatesinstructor #ilovepilates #pilatesreformer #pilatesclass #goldenretriever #pilatesandpets #pilates

I love my job because I love to help people. Help to move better, perform better, feel better, be stronger and more confident, to find awareness and connections. That’s the power of Pilates. That’s what it’s all about! ❤️ #howcanihelpyou #pilates #pilatesinstructor #movebetter #feelbetter #bestrong #bethebestversionofyou #pilatesgetsyouthere
