WE ARE SO BACK. ✨

20 seconds from an hour-long workout.

Getting back on the reformer felt like coming home. I can finally touch my toes, lie on my stomach, and start adding movements I had to put on pause during pregnancy.

Not chasing perfection just yet. Excited for my new beginning.🤍 taken in Century Pilates Instructor Training by @ocrknitter

This morning was amazing. Multiple pages filled of cues and exercises. My mentorship @telapilates is helping me grow so much. Plus ended the morning with a private. @kivapilates is a beautiful and fully equipped classical pilates studio. Can’t wait to get back to @thecenturypilates_midland to get back to work. #classicalpilateseducation #classicalpilates #neverstoplearning by @ocrknitter

Just some miles for breakfast! @m4lissa wanted to go for a half today. So that’s what we did! So proud of her! Longest distance to date for her and she crushed it. #halfmarathontraining #fullmarathontraining #friendswhoruntogether❤️ by @ocrknitter

I am a top chef now! Jk. But tried my hand at mango sticky rice. And I was pleasantly surprised how uncomplicated the recipe was and it’s so yummy! Will be making again, with different fruits as well. #mangostickyrice #homadewithlove❤️ #homecook by @ocrknitter

I’m convinced the most lethal instructors wear high boots to work! If you know, you really know 😉🤌🏽!
.
Tela brought them to the brink & you should have seen their smiles at the end! Thank you for setting the bar so damn high and keeping the standard set in our industry that so desperately needs to remember what Pilates is again!
