Practice what you preach! I love that Lacey & Kelly’s weekly pro-duet is something they always prioritize. Today’s challenge was advanced snake with the foot-bar up. (🥹 not documented 😉)

Our beautiful and talented Lacey turned 40 yesterday 🎂
.
Lacey you are the beautiful, constant, reliable, loyal, steadfast rock in our lives. You have a heart as pure as gold and your strength is something that inspires and encourages everyone one who’s path you cross. 40 is a big year and you just seem to keep getting better with age.

My crew. Missing a few. Happy to show off the Century Pilates family. A studio is nothing without its talent. It’s not just the owner who carries a business forward. Thank you to my incredible team of expert instructors for making Century Pilates possible in a town that desperately needed authentic Pilates to take root. Thank you to our dedicated clients whose overwhelming loyalty and trust we cherish. It’s an honor we take seriously. Onward and upward girls!

🌟KRN Workshop 🌟

I am truly grateful for the opportunity to participate in the “Understanding the Gear and Spotting Advanced Reformer” workshop. The insights gained from each gear setting and spotting technique have been transformative to my personal practice and teaching. A great appreciation to @redthreadranch_krn for her priceless insight and for generously sharing her expertise. It was a delight to connect with many remarkable Pilates instructors. 🤝💪 Spending time together at the beautiful Red Thread Ranch was a wonderful experience. 🏡

Learning, connecting, and growing—what an honor! 🙏❤️

I’m convinced the most lethal instructors wear high boots to work! If you know, you really know 😉🤌🏽!

Tela brought them to the brink & you should have seen their smiles at the end! Thank you for setting the bar so damn high and keeping the standard set in our industry that so desperately needs to remember what Pilates is again!

Proud of my instructor staff, graduates, & trainees for embracing a jam packed 3 day Pilates field trip to DFW!

There’s not a lot of people who can say they were trained with and trained by Romana Kryzanowksa, Joseph Pilates most prolific protégé. Kathi Ross Nash is a teacher of teachers and has been practicing and teaching classical Pilates for over 4 decades! Her life’s calling to keep this incredible body of work authentic, intelligent, relevant, and true is why she’s the GOAT. Our shared passion to proliferate the genius of Contrology (authentic Pilates) is what fuels our lifelong passion to keep our spark for learning alive. What an honor to have a piece of that in our tool box for our Midland, TX community. Love you, Lacey!

The giggles are almost mandatory as a pep talk for when things are about to get serious. Amanda’s mom voice flipped the switch! Pretty incredible to watch two very different strong bodies with very unique and individualized range of motion. Our back ends don’t look the same and yet they’re both successful. I have long arms, strong a flexible shoulders but limited spinal extension from scoliosis and Lacey has exceptional back extension tighter chest and strong shoulders. There is no one size fits all in personal training. We do our version of the exercise.
