Too bad Harry Kane is benched though 🥀🥀

After World Cup semifinal losses earlier in the week, France and England are now playing a consolation match in Miami, a game for a bronze-medal — at the same time, the football stars from each respective team, Kylian Mbappe and Harry Kane, eye the Golden Boot in this game for 3rd place.

The two are both tired with eight goals, just one behind Lionel Messi for the career record. What does this mean? Well, they will likely at least play some meaningful minutes to end the tournament on a high note despite England manager Thomas Tuchel saying this: “Nobody wants to be in this game. All of these four teams wanted to be in New York, but it is an official World Cup game.” 😬⚽️

Kim’s right… she can bring anything back at any time 🤯🤯

Before they were lovers, American socialite Kim Kardashian and Formula 1 Ferrari driver Lewis Hamilton were longtime friends and even double-dated with their respective partners in 2014 — now, the pair have been together since their first linked meeting on New Year’s Eve at Kate Hudson’s star-studded celebration in Aspen.

It’s no secret that Hamilton has been performing better this current season compared to his previous season with Ferrari. He claimed his first race win in a Ferrari at the 2026 Spanish Grand Prix where he later followed up the victory with a third-place finish at the British Grand Prix at Silverstone, trailing Charles Leclerc and George Russell 🏎️🔥

From family time in Arizona to vacation in Japan, the two are seemingly going strong… let’s hope Hamilton’s increasing strength and momentum will continue to do the same as he competes with high-performing teams like Mercedes and McLaren — who’s your bet on for WDC?

How has this season ended already? 😭😭

It’s official: the season 8 winners of Love Island USA have been chosen. After couples went on their final Love Island USA dates during the finale, host Ariana Madix revealed the Islanders who received the most votes and captured America’s heart in the end…

Who were the chosen ones? Trinity Tatum and Bryce Dettloff. Aniya and Carl were the runners-up, with Melanie and Sincere coming in third place, and Zach and Kayda in fourth 🏝️💕

Known by fans as “Brinity,” they became the season’s first official boyfriend-and-girlfriend couple. Despite an unlikely match at first due to a 7-year age gap and the separation the two experienced during Casa Amor, they stayed loyal throughout the show and chose to split the $100,000 grand prize.

What does Bryce have to say? Well, he’s shocked to say the least: “I feel like I’m in a dream right now. I’m walking up here, I’m like, ‘Is this fucking real?’”. An overjoyed Trinity added this: “I’m just so overwhelmed. I never would have expected in a million years I would be in this position right now.” 🏆🩷

Sincere has a whole degree btw

It’s almost over… The Season 8 finale of Love Island USA airs this Sunday aka July 12, 2026 — the top 6 couples left are Trinity & Bryce, Kayda & Zach, Melanie & Sincere, Kenzie & Dylan, Titi & KC, and Aniya & Carl 📺💕

First time watching Love Island? Here’s how it works. Only 4 couples will make it to the finale, and America will get to vote for which one takes home the $100,000 prize. Once the winning couple is crowned, they will each receive an envelope, but only one will contain the cash prize. The person with the envelope will then have to decide whether to keep it for themselves or split it with their couple.

Last year’s winners, Amaya Espinal and Bryan Arenales from Love Island USA Season 7 chose to split their $100,000 cash prize evenly. Although they shared the money after initially winning in July 2025, the couple ultimately ended their relationship the following month… 💔💸

She’s so real

Directed by Philip Barantini, Enola Holmes 3 is finally out on Netflix. It stars Millie Bobby Brown and Louis Partridge as the two are reunited on-screen. Enola Holmes originally debuted in 2020 and have found success following with the sequel and the most recent release — these co-stars have been praised for their long-standing onscreen chemistry as Enola and Lord Tewkesbury 📺❤️

Off-screen, while Brown is married to actor and producer, Jake Bongiovi, the son of rock legend Jon Bon Jovi, Partridge is currently rumored to be dating Canadian influencer and YouTuber, Eva Meloche. This shocking news is following his separation from American singer-songwriter, Olivia Rodrigo at the end of 2025.

Did you know? Brown and Bongiovi quietly married in May 2024 before hosting a second destination wedding in Italy, and later welcomed a baby girl via adoption in the summer of 2025. Millie is truly mother 💍💕

Like wdym they have to play each other Saturday 😭😭

On Saturday, England will face Norway at Miami Stadium for a spot in the World Cup semifinals, setting up one of the tournament’s most anticipated matchups: Jude Bellingham, England’s midfield star, against Erling Haaland, Norway’s goal-scoring machine — Did you know? They are former Borussia Dortmund teammates.

England got to the semifinals after Bellingham scored twice in quick succession against Mexico, with Harry Kane adding a second-half penalty. Norway’s arrival is no different after stunning Brazil 2-1, with Haaland scoring both goals to send his country into the final eight ⚽️🔥

Before Bellingham became one of Real Madrid’s defining players and Haaland became Manchester City’s long-term superstar, they were two of the most exciting young players at Borussia Dortmund. While Bellingham joined Dortmund from Birmingham City in 2020 as a teenager and quickly became the club’s youngest goalscorer in a competitive match, Haaland had arrived earlier that same year and was already one of Europe’s most-feared young forwards. Now, they’re facing each other in the 2026 FIFA World Cup… who’s your bet on?

Production… please make this happen 👀📝

The past few Love Island USA seasons have had a variety of couples from OG Casa couples to unexpected pairings to crackships — first, it was Rob and Kaylor (season 6). Then, it was Nic and Olandria (season 7). Now, it’s Melanie and Caleb (season 8).

A crackship is typically romantic pairing between two characters that is highly unlikely, bizarre, or makes no logical sense within their universe. The term comes from the idea that you’d have to be “on crack” to think they belong together and is often used in fictional settings such as in the anime community 😳❤️

Now with Season 8, we can forget Zryce because Melanie and Caleb are the latest favorite “crackship”. Following a chaotic Casa Amor, loyal fans have noticed genuine chemistry and sweet moments shared between Melanie (an OG islander who is/was previously coupled with Sincere) and Caleb (who entered as a bombshell, was originally coupled with Kenzie, and is now coupled with Jaiden, a bombshell from Casa Amor).

Pretty risky place to say no 😭😭

A couple wearing black climbed to the top of the Empire State Building’s transmitter, and by the time that they climbed back down, they were engaged, and then arrested — this seemingly iconic couple consists of 33-year old Angela Nikolau and 32-year old Ivan Kuznetsov. They are actually known for their daredevil climbs around the world. In fact, they were profiled in the 2024 documentary “Skywalkers: A Love Story,” currently available on Netflix.

They were hit with numerous charges following their daredevil stunt including burglary, reckless endangerment, criminal mischief, violation of local laws, possession of burglar’s tools, criminal tampering, criminal trespass, and disorderly conduct 🚔🚨

Hours prior to their arrest, Nikolau and Kuznetsov held a pro-peace banner at the very top of the spire that appeared to read, “When the power of love beats the love of power, the world knows peace.” — their banner is a take on a quote frequently attributed to guitarist Jimi Hendrix, but is actually spoken by 19th-century British politician William Gladstone.

The cherry on top? Kuznetsov proposed to Nikolau, pulling out a ring. After saying, “Yes,” she admired her new engagement ring and wore it as she climbed down. How do we know this? Well, the couple captured their adventure with their own camera and posted it for the world to see, including images of the proposal and ring. Talk about an expensive trip to jail… worth it though? 😳💍

Speed is a mood fr

In an exciting 2026 FIFA World Cup match, Norway beat Ivory Coast 2-1. Erling Haaland struck late as Norway won a World Cup knockout game for the first time — Haaland had actually been largely anonymous for much of the game, but appeared when it mattered most to score his 5th goal of the tournament and send Norway through 🇳🇴🔥

After Haaland’s decisive goal, streamer and internet personality IShowSpeed helped the match go viral as he switched from a Ivory Coast jersey to a Norway jersey.

Antonio Nusa had given Norway a first-half lead with a sublime curling strike, only for Manchester United’s Amad Diallo to level with a wonderful solo effort. Now, Norway will now face Brazil in New York on July 5th for a place in the quarter-finals 🗽⚽️

The actors are working overtime on the movie promotion 😭😭

Directed by Travis Knight, Masters of the Universe (2026) is a live-action film adaptation of the Mattel franchise. Starring Nicholas Galitzine as Prince Adam/He-Man, the cast also has other stars such as Jared Leto as Skeletor, Camila Mendes as Teela, Idris Elba as Man-At-Arms, and Alison Brie as Evil-Lyn.

Despite all the star power, the film is one of the biggest box office bombs of the year. It opened in theaters on June 5, 2026, to a dismal $29.4 million, grossing just $110 million worldwide against a massive $170+ million production budget 😬😬

On the other hand, Mendes doesn’t seem to mind as she’s supporting her favorite team in the 2026 FIFA World Cup during movie promotions alongside Galitzine, Brazil. Did you know? She was born in Virginia, USA to Brazilian parents and speaks Portuguese.

Bro is literally bouncing on it like…

Featuring a crotch-level and rather phallic World Cup trophy, the Patagonian artist Aldo Beroisa’s 85-foot-tall sculpture in Cutral Có, Argentina, has recently made fans do a double take due to its suggestive placement of the World Cup trophy. Unveiled in June 2026, the 70-ton steel sculpture is currently the world’s tallest monument made of Argentine star Lionel Messi ⚽️🇦🇷

Self-taught Patagonian sculptor Aldo Beroisa’s design placed the somewhat phallic trophy right in front of Messi’s crotch, which lent itself to accidentally provocative imagery.

Last December, the same Messi statue was questioned online for its awkward proportions and general unlikeness to the soccer star after the statue first made its debut… these complaints apparently haven’t been resolved in Cutral Có, either. Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo and Miami Heat’s all-star player Dwyane Wade have also been dinged by unflattering commemorative sculptures and busts in recent years, indicating that this is a widespread issue amongst the art and sports community. Let’s study up on our proportions and positioning now… 🗿🗿
