sauna, ice, steak and good conversations with great likeminded people

we started with breath-work and then went into some contrast therapy, I was already feeling lighter

and then @brodiecoghlan fed us with the best tomahawk I’ve ever had, a @farmerspantryltd special ofc 🤤

honestly, sometimes you don’t know you need a wholesome evening until you throw yourself out of your comfort zone and go to one

what Beth, James and the team have created here is magic ✨
thank you for letting me play a part in this very exciting journey!

We’re Beth & James, the founders of ODD SPOT.

A proudly Welsh couple who love festivals, music, adventure and bringing people together.

A few years ago, we started asking ourselves a simple question:

What if recovery could be a social experience?

We loved the energy, connection and memories that come from great events. But we also wellness.

So we set out on a slightly chaotic DIY mission to combine the two.

With festival season over we are a little scared about what comes next but excited about everything we’re dreaming up.
