Today, Ben and I had a little day date at @oddspotwellness… and it was everything I needed that I didn’t even realise I needed. 🤍 The 6 weeks’ holidays have left my cup pretty empty, and this week I hit absolute burnout. I managed to do my back in at the gym, my usual health and fitness routine took a bit of a hit, and I could definitely feel that my body and mind were asking me to slow down. So the timing of today couldn’t have been more perfect. The weather was absolutely stunning, and the contrast therapy felt SO good for both my body and my mind. We started with a breathwork session, which really helped prepare me for the ice bath… and somehow I managed a whole FOUR MINUTES! 🧊🙌🏼 Then came the food. 😍 An absolutely beautiful feast of the finest meats and steak, seasoned to perfection, followed by hot chocolate and marshmallows around the fire. 🔥☕️ It’s such a special concept — a way to spend time with like-minded people, switch off from everyday life and actually honour your body at the same time. I absolutely love what they’re creating, and the people behind it are incredible. Safe to say… I’m hooked. 🤍 I want more, and I genuinely can’t wait to see what the future holds for them. Thank you @oddspotwellness for filling my cup back up. 🫶🏼✨

August basically 🧑‍🧒‍🧒 dad 🏃🏻‍♂️‍➡️ runner 👨🏻‍💻 business owner ☕️ caffeine timing expert 😴 procrastinator of sleep one of the toughest months of 2026 but one that’s made me proudest hosted a couple of events, adopted a giant frog, kept the business afloat and got to work with some very cool brands 💙 I don’t just want to be ‘Dad’ - I want to be a forever present dad. That means making tough decisions and not always doing what I think is going to be ‘best for business’. Mine not being around anymore, but leaving me with precious memories always puts things into perspective 🪽 running lets me be the dad I want to be (whilst keeping me sane), so that’s been my non-negotiable thanks to supernan and grandma 🏃🏻‍♂️‍➡️ anyway, I need a lie down and a drink cya august 🍻

not just an ordinary evening @oddspotwellness a pretty extraordinary one on the doorstep 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 sauna, ice, steak and good conversations with great likeminded people we started with breath-work and then went into some contrast therapy, I was already feeling lighter and then @brodiecoghlan fed us with the best tomahawk I’ve ever had, a @farmerspantryltd special ofc 🤤 honestly, sometimes you don’t know you need a wholesome evening until you throw yourself out of your comfort zone and go to one what Beth, James and the team have created here is magic ✨ thank you for letting me play a part in this very exciting journey! MEATSWEATS was a 10/10

🔥 THE COMBINATION YOU DIDN’T KNOW YOU NEEDED 🥩 @oddspotwellness Sauna, cold plunge and breath work followed by a Bavarian style feast in the middle of a field. The biggest Tomahawk steaks I’ve ever seen. Good company and likeminded people. Hot chocolates and toasted marshmallows as she sun goes down. Honestly the most incredible Saturday evening 😍 Beth and James have started this genius idea ‘MEATSWEATS’ building their own sauna from scratch and bringing along @brodiecoghlan with his unbelievable cooking skills along for the ride 🔥 No wild nights out, just a wholesome event with great company immersed in nature and wellbeing. Probably the best experience I’ve ever had ✨ and definitely the best steak I’ve ever had 🔥 Look out on @oddspotwellness socials for more events coming up. I can’t recommend this enough! What if this became the new Saturday night? Last night wasn’t spent in a pub. There wasn’t a curry on the way home. Nobody woke up wondering what they’d said the night before. Instead… 🫁 We started with breathwork. 🔥 Then into the sauna. 🧊 Followed by contrast therapy. 🥩 Sat down to one of the best tomahawk steaks I’ve ever had. 🔥 Then we ended the night around a campfire, talking, laughing and toasting marshmallows. The biggest thing I took away wasn’t even the sauna… It was the people. Every single person there was focused on becoming a better version of themselves. Health. Mindset. Business. Family. You leave with ideas, motivation and genuine conversations instead of a hangover. Honestly… I think we need to normalise nights like this. Not because there’s anything wrong with the occasional pint… But because I came home feeling better than when I arrived. That’s a feeling I’d happily chase every weekend. A huge thank you to @oddspotwellness for hosting such an incredible evening, to @farmerspantryltd for the unbelievable tomahawk steaks, and to Chef @brodiecoghlan for cooking them to perfection and @bonhomiedrinks for bringing along some fantastic healthy drinks. 👏 👇 If you had the choice next Saturday… 🍺 Pub & kebab or 🔥 Sauna, cold plunge, incredible food & great conversation Which are you choosing?
