Over a year later, we’re finally ready to release! Non-Binary, the music video will be out on 4/20, y’all!

After a year of huge ups and downs, this collaboration was a highlight and a labor of love. We’re incredibly grateful to all the film festivals that showcased our work and celebrated our vision.

Thank you for creating a space for queer Black art! Unfortunately, we couldn’t make most of these festivals in person because life happens, but we really hope to next time around!

Much love to @sfqueerfilmfest @berlinindiefilmfestival @queervoicesnyc @blackalphabet_fest @outonfilm Thank you all for creating a space for our art!

And a never-ending thank you to our incredible cast and crew!

✨🎬 It’s official! My film Non-Binary is making its festival debut at the San Francisco Queer Film Festival 2025 🌈

A sultry, genre-blending love story set in a dreamy speakeasy, Non-Binary reimagines R&B tropes through a queer, jazz-age lens—paying tribute to Josephine Baker, Marlene Dietrich, and Gladys Bentley.

📍 Roxie Theater, San Francisco
🗓 August 23rd, 2025 | ⏰ 1:30 PM

Directed by Lena-Camille Otalora (they/them), this film is a celebration of love, identity, and Black queer artistry. I can’t wait to share this moment with you all!

🎟 RSVP + more info here: https://www.sfqueerfilmfest.com/day22024-1
🎶 See you soon!
