Part 2 of many. 🚀 Working with plaster in order to create textures of flow. The beauty about working with canvas is that it allows me to layer several ideas onto one surface, each blending and adding to the layer below. I had this idea of creating an axonometry showing each layer with the corresponding scientific concept that inspired it. Would that be interesting? by @ofatomsandlines

By far my favourite project from last year. Forever grateful for your trust @adilozancic @flaretalents ✨ ________________ Fractional Entropy, 2023 We all share the universal sensation of time, the continuous flow that points towards the future. Italian theoretical physicist Carlo Rovelli elegantly wrote “we inhabit time as fish live in the sea”. Our being is being in time. It seems that time is our way of making sense of this world. We are time and time is us. Einstein famously explained how time is not simply universal but relative. It is bound to the geometry of space and therefore passes faster or slower depending on someone’s position to other objects. We manoeuvre through this fourth dimension in the now, constantly balancing along the border between past and future. With greater spatial distance our local perception of now becomes more and more distorted. The single quantity “time” transforms into a mesh of local times, creating a network of fractions. We are all our own personal time and yet still connected through the universal flow. Building on Flare Talent’s slogan “microcosmos of creatives” this mural equates the concept of local time and universal flow to the agency’s idea of fractional networks of creatives blending into unity. by @ofatomsandlines

I am fascinated by the concept of time and its inherent role in our human existence. So I paint time, or Entropy in thermodynamical terms - basically this current flow through space which informs how we perceive, think and feel. This piece is available, feel free to get in touch.
