Well that was fun…. Let’s do it again!

Next Sauna Open Day happening Sunday 19th July, this time in the morning.

Enjoy a relaxed approach to sauna where you can chill on beanbags, personal practice, read a book or take a nap in the sauna garden between leisurely saunas.

You will have access for 5 hours to come and go as you please, enjoying the first morning light and sound of crickets in the long grass.

Recommend a light breakfast - and a picnic to enjoy at the end with friends under the shaded oak canopy of the upper meadow.

Limited spaces available 🔥 by @offgridsauna

Check out our new chill out space under the dark shade of the oak. @thedaybedcompany yoga area and hoops. Perfect for a private 2.5 hour sauna now available on Sundays.

For those wanting a longer social sauna. I recommend buying a bundle of 4 or 10 and booking two saunas back to back for 2.5 hours of sauna and access to our garden at £20. by @offgridsauna

Oowps I neglected to make this even bookable. Some times I think a change tin and an open door would be simpler.

I’m excited to launch our 4 hour social Sunday sauna.

Dropping at any time on relaxed 4 h social Sunday sauna, where you can chill on beanbags, sunbathe, read a book or picnic in the sauna garden in between leisurely saunas. You will have further access to the upper meadow and oak trees that provide a shaded area perfect for a secluded picnic with friends, personal movement practice or a nap. by @offgridsauna

The sweet grass has grown tall and blue tits are nesting in the bamboo roof. The wood pecker hammers the shower head and the humans rest by the fire. by @offgridsauna

The off grid sauna is often fully booked these days. I have been over welded by the positive reception it has receive over the last few months. It’s a pleasure to host this space.

So we are opening Sunday’s and Monday mornings for all you folks.

I invite you all to make Sunday more European. Quiet nude Sunday saunas. I can’t quite bring myself to self to make that a rule but I strongly encourage you all to be brave. try nude sauna. its a vibe. If this is new to you then I suggest a towel for walking around in when not in the sauna as a nice inbetween.

Our Sunday European sauna will be hosted by our new sauna host Georgie. She will be hosting Sunday and Monday mornings for the next few months. by @offgridsauna
