You didn’t just come to class, you took a stand.

NEXT CLASS: Thursday, Oct 22 — same place, same energy.

And we’re ONE week closer:
Thu Oct 29 is Uplift & Restore, our free healing evening right here, 7–9 PM. Bring someone who needs that night. Save the date!

Your health is worth the appointment. 💗

October isn’t just about awareness — it’s about action.

If you’re 40 or over, talk to your doctor about a mammogram.
If you’re younger with a family history, ask when you should start.
Early detection saves lives — and nobody should have to fight alone.

Do it for you. Do it for the people who love you. Book the screening. 💪💗

Tag a sister, a friend, a mama who needs this reminder 👇

This is your sign 💗 Book your mammogram. Early detection saves lives.

Find a local doctor for FREE Mammogram Screening

Call 1-866-442-CANCER (2262) or text “Get Screened” to 81336

RESPECT !
#fitbk #dancebattle

We are all equal in the fact that we are all different. We are all the same in the fact that we will never be the same. We are united by the reality that all colours and all cultures are distinct and individual. We are harmonious in the reality that we are all held to this earth by the same gravity. We don’t share blood, but we share the air that keeps us alive.

60 Days of juicing and we feel AMAZING

60 days. No shortcuts. Just us, our juicer, and discipline, skin is glowing, energy is different

We started with 40 days, some resisting and complaining, however in the end, no one wanted to stop, so we went to 60 days!

Let me tell you, the results,, the discipline and eating with purpose, reaped results

Congratulations FITBK members
