LEAVE IT ON THE DANCE FLOOR!

Emotional Release and Self-Expression

DANCE provides an outlet that helps people break free from repetitive negative thoughts and overthinking.

Whether through highly structured choreography or free-form movement, the physical act of connecting the body and mind allows individuals to process trauma, build self-esteem, and freely express themselves without the boundaries of language.

My sis @jennipherrenee stopped short in her tracks and said “oh my God. Can I get a picture with you?”
Confused, i just saw a tall handsome man with a government pin, probably a council member from another district. So i took a picture too! 🤣

Reminded that it was @cmsalaamdistrict9 and the history of the now Exonerated 5 that shook my childhood!

It was a humbling moment and an honor to meet you King ! 🙏🏽
