A rowdy breakfast with our friends @kirstenvangsness and @doyouknowthemoffittman Stephen Moffitt. Stephen is a heartful veterinarian and you probably know Kirsten from playing Penelope Garcia on Criminal Minds. (Shhh—if you can keep a secret, I’m luring Kirsten to be in my new one-act play!) by @officialgayhendricks

Our episode with Gay Hendricks is LIVE! 🎙️

In this clip, Gay shares why he considers himself a radical feminist, and we couldn’t love this conversation more.

We’re so grateful to have had him join us for such an insightful discussion about relationships, equality, and the ways we can challenge outdated thinking.

We asked @officialgayhendricks how he feels about what’s happening right now in the US with women’s rights.

“I think it’s a good example of what in The Big Leap I call the upper limit problem. Women had this big time of expansion in the 1970s and 80s, and then all of a sudden Ronald Reagan comes in, they start bad-mouthing abortion, and start making abortion a political issue, and start shaming women for all of that. And so it was a gigantic upper limit on that expansion. And then I think women kind of fought through that, and now this is another wave of that fascist contraction against truth, feeling, beauty, all of the things that fascists hate.”

Gay identifies as a radical feminist and this episode unpacks his childhood and why he believes that not all men are free, until women are free.

Episode drops this Friday on @amanisntaplan 🎙️ as part of our Good Men Series. by @officialgayhendricks
