2½ weeks locked in on music in the UK. Zero sightseeing. #worthit

Huge thanks to my friends for giving me a proper place to stay and create.

Mom dropped me at Heathrow. Heading home.
See you in a few, Charlotte.

London, I’ll be back.

I've only seen a few episodes of the TV show and haven't seen the movie yet. Who knows this theme song? 🎹👇

Been out earning AAdvantage miles playing on the road, but starting today, I’m back volunteering at the CLT Airport piano for the next two weeks! 🎹✈️

I start around 2 or 3 PM and play until 6 or 7 PM. I won’t be there every single day, so if you’re coming through Charlotte Douglas, drop a heads-up in the comments. You just might catch me.

"Take the phone off the hook and disappear for a while..." Billy Joel had the right idea.

Huge thanks to Missey and everyone @snowshoemtn for braving the cold wind and wet fog out there today, and for all the love over the years and especially during my wild run on @americanidol. I actually took this song's advice recently and disappeared across the pond for a bit to get inspired and write.

For now, here’s a clip of Billy Joel's "Vienna" from today’s set. 🎹

Don't miss tonight’s show in Marlinton, WV @oldmountaintavern at 8pm

Rolling into May with solo sets around Charlotte, then heading up to West Virginia 🎹

I finally got to go see @officialrickastley live in concert. It was a dream come true. One of the best concerts I've ever seen!🎵
Also. I really want to know the story behind the B.B. King signed Lucille guitar.

Wrapping up a month-long UK writing trip🇬🇧

Messing around with this yesterday in a practice room at @forsythmusicshop in Manchester 🎹

Had a few requests for some favorite covers, some originals, and this one…

Mount Holly, NC May 2 — not sure if this one makes the set yet… what do you think?
